Most people dive into a home renovation thinking about kitchens, new bathrooms, shiny floors, and trendy finishes. Windows? They’re often an afterthought, squeezed in towards the end. It seems to make sense, in a way, to choose to focus first on the cabinets and worktops, etc. The reality is that leaving windows to the very last can lead to tough compromises in the end. You may end up with an undesired shaws impacted layout, which may create an unwanted feel.

No problem recommending them, they were nice people, clear, easy to deal with, patient with the process throughout and finished everything to a very high standard. They steered us through informatively from start to finish and also tidied up after themselves each evening which we really appreciated.Posted on Justin van RhynTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We ordered a number of Velfac windows and doors for supply + installation through Citi Homes Windows. The service was excellent from start to finish - very good communication through the design process and we've been very happy with the installation as well. Linas in particular was a star - super responsive, patient as we made changes, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.Posted on ed goddenTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Outstanding service from start to finish. Linas and teams' clear communication and happy to help support throughout, made our windows and back door installation completely stress-free. Even had a site visit post-installation to check we were entirely satisfied with the works and service...which we are. Highly recommend. Many thanksPosted on Michael ScorerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is a very special building company. I've worked in housing for 30 years and everything I experienced about Citi Homes is best in class. From first contact, communication was quick, clear and high quality. Quotes arrived quickly with high quality cad drawings. Once the detailed design was agreed, a delivery and installation date was agreed and then met. The operatives who fitted all eight windows in two days (bearing in mind the new windows were a completely different design to the ones removed) were polite, extremely conscientious about minimising any damage, very professional, clean and tidy. The result is a great product, perfectly and quickly installed. I have been recommending this company to friends and colleagues. If you need new high quality windows, at a highly competitive price, look no further. I would always recommend getting two or three estimates, but I honestly think that would be for reassurance rather than as a serious competitor to Citi Homes.Posted on thomas humphriesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Citi Homes supplied new Rationel windows for our loft conversion. Great service throughout - good support through the quotation / ordering process and excellent communication on delivery times etc once the order was placed.Posted on Justin EarreyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Citi replaced my damaged Velfac balcony door: Great communication from Linas who managed to source a replacement from the manufacturers, even though the door is no longer produced. The install team also did a great job delivering and troubleshooting on site to ensure the door was replaced and now fully usable. Highly recommend.Posted on Mary ThumTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Citi supplied a very large (2 metres X 2 metres) window to replace one that had shattered. The job involved craning the new unit up to our fourth-floor terrace and fixing it in position. Citi found a very good crane company to do the lift and dealt with our local council to get the necessary license to close the street during the work. We found Linas, the Citi manager who ran our job, to be very professional and easy to work with.Posted on dermot hayesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I spent an enormous amount of time researching doors and windows. I wanted triple glazed, thin elegant frames, affordability and value for money. I searched the net and contacted very many companies; some looked very good indeed apart from the affordability and some were not worth bothering about. I contacted Velfac UK who I had heard were very good and they put me on to Citi Homes Windows who handle their products. We went to visit the Citi Homes showroom and they were fantastic. Over a cup of tea we discussed with them what we wanted and they showed me frames that exactly fitted the brief. They were able to give me an estimate on the spot, based on approximate sizes and followed up with a visit to discuss the project with my builder and to take accurate measurements. They confirmed the price and we placed the order just before Christmas 2025, taking delivery in the middle of March 2026, about eight weeks turnaround if you take out the Christmas period. The windows and doors are installed and I am delighted with them. They are substantial and elegant frames of excellent quality. The fitters were great and very charming; in fact all the people at City Homes are very charming and excellent communicators which really helps. I think the doors and windows are of excellent value and I got exactly what I wanted; triple glazed, thin elegant frames, affordability and value for money. The total price including fitting was under £8000.00. I would certainly highly recommend them. Dermot Hayes.Posted on Rosie GastonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Wonderful experience with the team from start to finish. They replaced 5 floor to ceiling window panels for us after damage caused by a fire. The installation and service was seamless. Great communication, constant updates on progress, and the guys were super efficient, hard working, respectful and tidy. They’ve done a fab job and we couldn’t be happier with both the process and the final product. Thank you!Posted on Philip WareTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent service from the Citi Homes Windows Team. Very helpful and competative with their prices. We would have no hesitation in using them again on any future projects.

In most cases, yes. We regularly replace windows in period and character properties and can match key details such as sash proportions, glazing bars and opening configurations while improving performance.
Double glazing is suitable for most London homes and offers a strong balance of comfort and efficiency. Triple glazing provides higher thermal and noise performance, while acoustic glazing is designed specifically to reduce sound in noisier locations.
The installation itself usually takes from one to a few days, depending on how many windows are being replaced and the type of property. Bespoke windows are made to order, so manufacturing lead times can vary between manufacturers – we’ll confirm expected timings once we’ve completed your survey and agreed the final specification.
We aim to keep disruption to a minimum. Our team protects floors and furnishings, plans access carefully and cleans up at the end of each day so your home is left as tidy as possible.
We’ll visit your home to discuss your project, take measurements and then provide a clear written quotation so you can review everything in your own time. If you go ahead and order your windows from us, the survey is free.
Your windows come with manufacturer product guarantees and installation warranties. We’ll explain the cover in detail with your quote and provide all documentation after the work is complete.
If your property is in a conservation area or is listed, there may be additional requirements. We can advise on suitable window options and, where needed, provide information to support planning or listed building applications.
Share a few details about your home and project, and we’ll arrange a convenient time for a survey and conversation about styles, materials and glazing options.
