Steelview system

a new system of thermally insulated aluminium profiles

It is designed for the construction of modern windows and balcony doors.
The basic feature of the new system is the slim, industrial style of windows and doors, and consequently maximum daylighting of rooms. In this way, the new product fits in perfectly with the mega-trend observed on the market for several years, which is to strive for the highest possible level of transparency in construction. Light is health for users. In this aspect, STEELVIEW is almost perfect.

TM 102HI system

intended to energy-saving and passive construction

It will perform well in both public buildings and residential buildings. It is an extensive system of aluminium profiles for making modern types of windows and displays requiring high thermal insulation.

The innovative construction of the window sash with the applied insulator set at an angle in relation to the casing ensures a favourable arrangement of forces in the profile. This has made it possible to obtain high-strength profiles allowing for the manufacture of large and heavy structures. The system offers a wide range of glazing and the possibility to install all types of two- and three-chamber glass available on the market.

  • excellent level of energy efficiency Uf = from 0,45 W/m²K and very high water tightness thanks to the use of an innovative design of the central gasket,

  • excellent level of sound insulation confirmed by tests,

  • mfromern design of latch profiles in combination with new gaskets – the possibility of obtaining one plane on the aluminium-gasket line,

  • possibility of manufacturing glazing reversible profile,

  • possibility of creating structures with large surfaces,

  • possibility of making balcony door with low threshold and all-glass corner,

  • additional windproof insulation thanks to the use of a gasket at the joint of the glazing bead of the profile,

TM 62HI system

Good thermal insulation

TM 62HI is an aluminium system for windows and doors requiring thermal insulation.

Increased insulation is achieved through the use of special elements under the glass in the space between the glass and the profile. The system meets the high requirements for public buildings with heavy traffic and residential buildings.

The three-chamber construction of the profile and the use of insulating material (polyurethane) between thermal spacers favourably affects the low value of the heat transfer coefficient.

Advantages of the system

  • savings on energy that translate to the building heating costs
    reduction,

  • possibility of manufacturing windows, doors and display windows with improved anti-theft properties,

  • the system allows profiles bending, which gives greater flexibility in
    design and assembly.

Outward system

outward opening windows

The TM 62HI, TM74HI and TM77HI OUTWARD systems are solutions enabling aluminium windows to be opened outwards.

Windows opening outwards are constructions popular mainly on foreign markets, however, they are also increasingly popular in our country.

The main advantage of this type of design is to save space inside the room. The fact that the construction of an outward opening window allows the wind pushing against the window to press the sash against the frame also plays a very important role, ensuring very good tightness of the construction.

The OUTWARD system is based on aluminium sections with a thermal spacer offered as part of three popular window systems from the YAWAL offer. The solution provides the option of selecting the optimum variant in terms of the expected thermal insulation.

Advantages of the system

  • outward opening windows do not take up space inside the room,

  • possibility of adapting the system to the expected level of thermal insulation,

  • excellent tightness of the structure,

  • an export product that meets the requirements of the Scandinavian and British markets,

  • possibility of creating modern window structures in various arrangements,

  • possibility of connecting with all YAWAL systems.
