Our history

Citi Homes Windows grew out of a building site.

The founder of Citi Homes Windows spent years running Citi Homes Construction, delivering new builds and extensions across London. On site after site, the same issue arose: glazing suppliers missing programmes, delivering the wrong products, and leaving the contractor to sort it out. On a London construction project, glazing is rarely a small matter – it sits on the critical path, it affects weathertightness and structural completion, and delays to it have a habit of running through the rest of the programme.

In 2022, Citi Homes Windows was set up to give the London market a specialist glazing contractor that takes clear responsibility for the whole package from site survey through to installation, with a single point of contact throughout.

Built on construction experience

Our team understands glazing and construction, and on a London building project, that combination matters.

When an opening is out of square, when a structural lintel needs checking before a new frame goes in, when a bifold threshold has to be coordinated with a screed or a timber floor finish – these are building issues as much as glazing ones. A team that has worked on London construction sites recognises them early and deals with them as part of the job.

That background informs how we work with every client, whether you are a homeowner in a Victorian terrace, an architect on a rear extension in a conservation area, or a developer with a multi-unit scheme to glaze.

Visit our showroom

We have a showroom in East London where you can see the products in person, talk through your project with the team, and get clear, practical advice before you commit to anything. There is no obligation and no sales pressure; we would rather you leave with the right answer than a rushed decision.

If your project is in a conservation area or involves a listed building, we can talk you through what your local planning authority is likely to ask for and which products usually work best for like‑for‑like replacement approval.

To be the one place in London where architects, developers, and homeowners can source the full range of windows and doors – properly specified, correctly installed, and backed by guarantees that actually mean something. One company, one survey, one point of contact.

Our mission
To deliver the complete glazing package - survey, specification, supply and installation - as a single, accountable service across London. Every project, regardless of size, gets the same thorough approach and the same fixed-price commitment.
Our vision
To be the most trusted windows and doors contractor in London, known for getting the technical detail right, keeping programmes on track and standing behind every installation we carry out.
Our values
We value accountability, with one company looking after the whole glazing package from first survey to final sign‑off. We put technical care into every job, surveying openings, checking specifications and using our own fitting team. We keep things straight‑talking and clear on pricing, bring real London knowledge on conservation areas and planning, and back everything with long‑term protection through manufacturer guarantees, FENSA registration and CPA cover.

Certifications and affiliations

  • FENSA registered

Every installation we carry out is registered with FENSA - the government-authorised competent persons scheme for replacement windows and doors in England and Wales. Registration means your installation is automatically notified to your local authority, covered by an insurance-backed guarantee and exempt from a separate building regulations application.

  • CPA Approved Craftsperson

We hold Approved Craftsperson status with the Consumer Protection Association. Your deposit and contract are protected by an insurance-backed guarantee, and you have independent recourse through the CPA should anything need addressing after installation.

  • Manufacturer guarantees

Every product we supply carries the manufacturer's own guarantee - typically ten years on windows and doors, and twenty years on aluminium systems. Your guarantee runs directly with the manufacturer, giving you protection that is independent of us as the installing contractor. Where projects call for it, we can specify and install windows and doors tested to PAS 24 - the current British standard for enhanced security performance and the benchmark used to demonstrate compliance with Approved Document Q on new dwellings in England and Wales.

  • CPA member

Your deposit and contract are protected by the Consumer Protection Association. If anything goes wrong, you are covered.
