On site after site, the same issue arose: glazing suppliers missing programmes, delivering the wrong products, and leaving the contractor to sort it out. In 2022, Citi Homes Windows was set up to give the London market a specialist glazing contractor that takes clear responsibility for the whole package from site survey through to installation, with a single point of contact throughout.
